1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the aral33 platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the date of your account registration or the first date you access the platform, whichever is earlier.

2Member Eligibility

To become an aral33 member and use the platform's services lawfully, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement

3Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at aral33. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts involved, including freezing of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to submit accurate information including your full name, phone number, date of birth and valid bank account details. This information is used for identity verification (KYC) and financial processing purposes.

• Passwords must be strong — at least eight characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Never share your password or login credentials with anyone
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security — highly recommended
• Any changes to personal information must be reported to the support team immediately

4Deposits & Withdrawals

6Game Rules

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing

7Permitted Member Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:

• Use of offensive language, threats or harassment toward other members through any communication channel on the platform
• Attempted fraud in any form, including the use of stolen credit cards or bank details
• Colluding with other players to manipulate wins in live games
• Disclosing or sharing your confidential account information with any other party
• Any activity that violates applicable local or international laws
• Attempts to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform

8Account Suspension & Closure

Aral33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for reasonable causes, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests by relevant authorities.

• Members may close their own account at any time by contacting customer support
• Voluntary closure — any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all compliance requirements are met
• Closure due to violation — aral33 reserves the right to withhold balances until the investigation is complete
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly administration fee
• Members who have closed their account may reopen it through a new registration process with full identity verification

9Privacy & Data Protection

11Terms Amendment
